On August 10th at the Anime Store in Denver, my friends and I are having an anime party, which is actually just cosplaying. You know dressing up as your favorite Anime Character. My cake will have something neat on it, my favorite little vampire, Rip van Winkle from Hellsing. Isn't that exciting.

General News

July 4th, my friends and I are going to Central City for the Fourth of July. I'm not much for firworks, but I decided to do some gambling.

July 5th: Sweeny Todd, my friend, Joe got us tickets to the play, I really didn't care where I was sitting, I just wanted to see it.

August 29-September 1: I will be in Las Vegas for Anime Vegas, which is a big mega convention and I heard some great things about it.

I don't mean to complain, but why is that Metro State makes it harder to graduate? I'm just wondering, I'm sitting here wondering why I am having so much trouble. The classes are set, my research is done, but a senior experience classes are getting to me. I can't decide which ones I should attempt.

So far, it hasn't been peaches and cream for this little pagan, she's off trying to make a big difference in the community (what am I joking?). I am actually just hanging out at the dorm doing homework and being all around tired, my mother is on her Obama nut job run, which isn't great considering that means dear old dad is basically on his own. I wish I could help him.

As for next month, I am going to Anime Wasabi in denver, hope to see you guys there.

I'm spending my Yule alone, my mother is off trying to save the US from Republicans, not really working if you ask me. My father is going to be alone, so is my sister who might as well be working. So otherwise, I'm going to spend my holiday alone, eating frozen dinners and having well no fun at all, unless you count hours of watching Japanese animation, playing video games, reading, and studying the social structure of Japanese culture.

Otherwise, I would go out, but still, being that I'm a recluse and more than likely going to spend my holiday locked in my room cleaning, it makes no difference.

Last night was our anime party, to be honest, it wasn't my idea and my friends, Mike and Rachal came up with it. It was OK, though I was a little annoyed because I was supposed to be studying for my GRE. I am annoyed with the fact that people in my dorm think that I'm just here to be bothered and forget that I have a life outside anime.

 Mike can be worse because he totally disregards that other people are trying to talk to each other. His friend, Scott and I were talking and he was trying to get between our conversation and we nearly yelled at him because it was annoying when Scott is trying to ask to borrow some anime, while Mike is trying to do martial arts between us and put things in my face.
